• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of performing artists, including dancers, musicians, and actors.
• Coordinate with event planners to ensure artists are prepared for performances and rehearsals.
• Develop and implement artist development programs to enhance their skills and performance quality.
• Manage artist contracts, schedules, and performance logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote artist performances and events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all artists.
• Provide mentorship and support to artists to help them achieve their career goals.
• Attend and participate in local and international performing arts events to network and stay updated on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or a related role in the performing arts industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing performing artists.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
