As a Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Associate, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will use industry-standard software such as ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors to process payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Bali. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about payroll and benefits administration.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements
- Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll processing
- Provide payroll support to the HR team and other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and compensation & benefits administration
- Certification in payroll or benefits administration (e.g., CPA, CHRP, or PHR) is a plus
- Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus
