📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetics industry
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
