📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate early childhood education programs.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children.

• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the overall development of the children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
