📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies and areas for improvement across various departments.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
• Lead and facilitate improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Measure and track the impact of improvement initiatives to ensure continuous progress.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement principles and practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior management to align improvement efforts with the company's strategic goals.
• Document and communicate improvement results and lessons learned to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or a related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
