📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production output and quality.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to track and analyze production data.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
