📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain records of maintenance activities using SAP and Maximo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant coursework.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and industry standards.
• Familiarity with SAP and Maximo is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
