📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Emergency Departments across our facilities in Bali.
• Lead and mentor a team of emergency medicine professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to develop and execute emergency care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in emergency medicine.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient emergency care services.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Emergency Department.
• Represent the organization in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency medicine.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medicine, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Advanced Emergency Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proven track record of successful emergency department management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
