📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all corporate legal affairs, including contract drafting and review
- Ensure compliance with local and national laws and regulations
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, providing strategic advice to the executive team
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to legal staff
- Monitor legal trends and developments that may impact the company
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using legal management software such as CaseMap, LexisNexis, or Westlaw
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
