📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
