📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams for technical documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.,Participate in product development meetings to contribute to the documentation process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
