📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Conduct technical reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in documentation.,Participate in product development and testing to provide feedback and improve documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
