📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing processes.,Contribute to the development of documentation tools and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
