In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activities, and providing financial reports to support decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all cash transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and other deductions.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
