📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Ensure the banquet venue is prepared and decorated according to the event theme and client requirements.,Supervise and coordinate with banquet staff to ensure timely and efficient service during events.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.,Prepare and present banquet reports, including guest feedback and event metrics.,Assist in training and mentoring junior banquet staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong leadership and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food and beverage service.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
