📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the Sales and Customer Support operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.,Lead and mentor a team of SDCs to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and customer support efforts with overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer support management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.,Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.
