📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations of the pharmacy.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Must be fluent in Indonesian.
