You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical writer with experience in creating and managing technical documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and manage technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Ensure that our documentation is user-friendly and meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our technical documentation supports our overall business goals,Manage and mentor junior technical writers on the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Experience with software documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Experience with API documentation is a plus
