📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and recruitment agencies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct job fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment events to attract candidates.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the coffee and wellness industry is a plus.
