📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training programs to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the company's operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain learning and development budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
