📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.,Prepare and manage inventory of food supplies and equipment.,Monitor food costs and ensure efficient use of resources.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.,Experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
