Seed Home Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. As a Cashier, you will handle transactions and ensure smooth operations at our café. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized café workspace.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in the daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.,Learn and adapt to new coffee and beverage trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
