📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
