📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, and customer service.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
