Smart Urban Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Palu. As a Deputy Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and supporting the nursing staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including IV therapy.,Support the nursing team in performing routine patient assessments and procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SIK, SNM).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
