📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including cash registers and transaction records.,Assist in preparing and organizing receipts and invoices for customers.,Collaborate with the cashier to ensure smooth and efficient cash handling procedures.,Support the cashier in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in reconciling daily cash deposits and ensuring accuracy.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
