📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure it is in good working condition.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid maritime license and certificates.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair.,Experience with team management and supervision.
