Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research, client interactions, and industry analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.,Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry dynamics in Magelang.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
