📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and assess the skill needs of individuals and organizations through consultations and assessments.,Develop and recommend personalized training and development programs to address identified skill gaps.,Collaborate with LearningHub's team of experts to design and deliver effective training solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-training to maximize the impact of the programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in skills development and career coaching.,Contribute to the growth and success of the NTUC LearningHub by participating in team meetings and contributing ideas.,Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive the growth of the LearningHub's client base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Proven experience in skills development, career coaching, or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Bali.,Certifications in skills development, career coaching, or related fields are a plus.,A passion for helping others achieve their career goals and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
