Manage and oversee all financial reporting and accounting processes,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management,Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and processes,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax advisors🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia🛠️ Keahlian
