📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between Japanese clients and Indonesian teams, ensuring clear and accurate message delivery.
• Coordinate digital projects, including content creation, SEO, and social media campaigns.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Trello and Asana.
• Provide translation services for project documents and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and events, representing Transcosmos professionally.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 certification preferred).
• Proven experience in client support and project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or project management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
