📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial properties.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to reduce energy usage and costs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on the condition of building systems and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to property managers and tenants regarding building systems and operations.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve building systems and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a valid professional license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building systems maintenance and management.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation systems is a plus.
